The Fertility Awareness Charting Circle (FACC)
Our next charting circle meeting is Monday May 14 at 6:30 pm at Cha Island Tea (10332-81 Ave). After that, we will be on hiatus for the summer, and will likely resume meeting in October 2012. Future meeting dates will be sent out over this mailing list; if you no longer wish to receive our messages, please reply to this email and we'll remove you from the list.
Meeting details:
FACC holds monthly Charting Circles, where intro sessions are provided to newcomers and follow-up is provided for individuals to share their progress at charting, and to learn about how they can practice Fertility Awareness more effectively and accurately. These sessions are held at Cha Island Tea Co (10332 81 Ave) Mondays, monthly until May 14 from 6:30-8:30pm.
Learn what they never taught you in sex ed:
• Fertility Awareness can deepen a woman’s knowledge of her reproductive health through all stages of life. It is an effective alternative to hormones, chemicals, barriers, and other methods of achieving or avoiding pregnancy.
• The menstrual cycle is more than just a reproductive event. When a woman consistently observes this cycle, it is a window into her overall health and well-being.
Everyone welcome regardless of gender or knowledge level. Feel free to bring along partners, kids, friends, and family. All meetings are breastfeeding-friendly.
